Special edition: 99th Fighter Squadron - 'REDTAILS'.
Superbly hand-painted by a UK artist, these special edition bags are available in very limited quantities. Specially chosen for its fame in WWII, the 99th Fighter Squadron was part of the famous 332nd Fighter Group otherwise known as the 'Redtails'.
Made from a strong, 100% cotton canvas, the USAAF kit bag is an exact reproduction of the early-war version in the correct pale olive-drab shade.
It will easily hold a leather flight jacket, along with plenty of other items. For short-stay trips it's a must - big enough to carry all you need, but small enough to classify as 'carry-on' baggage on a flight.
You can also personalise your kit bag by having an authentic name tag strip stencilled and stitched on white webbing tape - just like the originals!
